Real Betis Camp Mauritius 2026
Official Real Betis Academy experience in Mauritius
A major international football development project delivered by Elite Football Innovation in collaboration with Real Betis Academy.
Elite Football Innovation is bringing Real Betis Academy to Mauritius for the first time, creating a unique opportunity for young footballers to experience the training methodology, standards and development environment of a leading European football club.
Taking place from 2–6 December 2026, the five-day camp is open to boys and girls aged 8 to 18 and will be conducted by official Real Betis Academy coaches.
Participants will train through structured sessions based on the Real Betis methodology, with focus on technical, tactical and player development principles used within the club's academy environment.
Beyond the camp itself, the project creates a direct international development pathway. One player will be selected for a week-long Real Betis Academy Experience in Spain, giving the selected player the opportunity to experience the club's football environment at first hand.
For EFI, the Real Betis Camp Mauritius represents an important step in its mission to connect football development in Mauritius with recognised international expertise, methodology and opportunities.

Founder
Nikhil Buleeram
Nikhil is a UEFA B licensed coach with a Master's in Football Coaching & Management from Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid – Universidad Europea.
He holds certifications from The FA, FIFA, CAF and SL Benfica. With nine years of coaching experience from grassroots to senior football, and professional exposure to elite European environments including Benfica, FC Porto, Braga, Levante and Sevilla FC, he founded Elite Football Innovation to bring modern, internationally aligned football development to federations, clubs and coaches.
